This written by Andrea Pertlik huseinovic’. It has
25 pages with translated by Ludwig Bauer. Andrea write this book for her
beloved mother. It’s very interesting how she express her longing to her
mother.
The story begins with a lonely child without love or
family beside her. She lives alone by herself and longing for love. One day,
she starts searching for her mother in the clouds. the clouds then changing to
every memories of the child with her mother. Everything was good. And by the
end of the story, a bird with a door on its body came to the child. The bird
told the child that her mother is waiting in heaven. So the child left with the
bird and went to her mother place.
The story is very well narrated and the drawing
itself is very good to. This book shows children about the meaning of a mother.
About what it could be if there is no love from a mother. However, it is a
little difficult for children to understand the whole story. Even though the
pictures in the book can spark children's imaginations, the story itself comes
to a little dark at the end. At the end of the book, the little girl come with
the bird to her mother place, which mean heaven, which also mean that she is
dead.
Overall, the story is very interesting; the word
that used in the book is also easy to read by children. And the story is just
not for children young adults can also read it. It has love moral value of
course. Happy reading..
